Job Title

Automation Senior Engineer - Metal Injection Molding (MIM)

Experience : 8 to 15 years

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for MIM production lines, ensuring compliance with ISOand IATF standards.
- Optimize automation systems for improved efficiency, yield, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure machine availability and achive KPI Target OEE,MTTR,MTBF.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues,maintain the Critical spare availability PM plan vs actual.
- Develop and maintain automation standards, best practices, and documentation (e.g., SOPs, work instructions).

**Requirements**:

- Experience in automation engineering, control systems, and robotics(Fanuc ,Kawasaki, Star) in MIM or similarindustries.
- Proficiency in automation controls (e.g., PLC, HMI, DRIVE,AOI,Vision system,SPM Machines ).
- Strong understanding of MIM process, automation principles, and regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, IATF16949).
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and compliance.
- Leadership and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS office ,Autocad
- Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, machine learning) in MIM.
- Familiarity with simulation and modeling tools.Key Documents
