Lecturer in Mlt

Ø He/She is responsible for planning the teaching programmes for all UG and PG students of the department.

Ø Should have a good communication, interpersonal and management skill.

Ø Should consult with HOD and conduct orientation programmes.

Ø Should prepare schedule for student’s practical experience, ward assignments and vacation by coordinating with HOD.

Ø Should schedule classes, lab sessions, demonstrations and display the educational material on notice board.

Ø Should guide students in methods of study and use of reference books and library

Ø Should conduct periodical and terminal tests

Ø Should organize seminars, panel discussions, debates, etc.

Ø Should monitor student’s attendance pass percentage regularly

Ø Should maintain registers of attendance at classes, demonstrations and visits

Ø Should record and monitor the marks obtained in terminal tests and examinations

Ø Should maintain leave account of students

Ø Should schedule classes to be conducted by various field staffs

Ø Should maintain health records and other important details of all students

Ø Should attend national and international meetings and lectures

Ø Should assist head in CME programmes and lectures.

Ø Should assist and guide post graduate students/students in their dissertation/ papers.

Ø Should be aware of the new techniques and technologies used and keep them up to date.

Ø Should attend all scientific and audit meetings.

Ø Should attend all meetings conducted by the head/ higher authorities.

Ø Should abide all rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the organization. In case of any discrepancies necessary action will be taken by the management.

Ø Should follow leave procedure and inform higher authority before availing any leave.

Ø Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
