Manage a separate Accessories kiosk at the workshop which displays key Accessories and ensure sale of accessories, as per the targets given, in the workshop.
- Engage with customers (who walk into the workshop) to identify the customer need in terms of Accessories. Explain the suitable accessories based on the need of the customer
- Respond to all queries regarding Accessories from customers who visit the workshop
- Plan and implement activities in the workshop to promote the sale of the accessories
- Proactively plan and ensure timely availability of fast moving accessories at the workshop
- Connect with Service Advisors on timely basis to enquire about potential for Accessories sales associated with an RO
- Maintain an effective customer contact system that encourages new, repeat, and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date on knowledge about Mahindra Accessories
- Following Guidelines & Checklist of the accessories to be fitted
- Promotion of special Accessories Packs through workshop ( Packages can be designed for each service interval based on the usage pattern )
- Ensuring 100% FTR Fitment of accessories on the vehicle
Exchanging old accessories in lieu of new

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
