**Role: Billing Executive - 1no**
- Responsible for quick & error free preparation of bill in the software for the products chosen by the customers
- Responsible for Customer Service through properly answering their queries in the Billing Counter
- Motivate customers to purchase related products through up selling & impulse techniques

**Key Deliverables**
- Responsible for error free Quick Billing for the products chosen by the customers
- Quick disposal of customers by taking the help of assistants in case of rush
- Patiently waiting by holding the bill till the customer bring the products forgotten or motivated to purchase in the billing counter thereby giving customer a delightful experience.
- Responsible for keeping the Billing Counter and the nearby area neat and tidy
- Responsible for Not keeping the billing counter vacant at any time by making alternative arrangement
- To induce the customers for purchasing new products or related products by observing the purchase pattern of the customer while billing.
- Responsible to keep the billing system & bar code scanners in good condition
- Responsible to keep the customer happy by smiling face and service and make him forget the unpleasant experience he may be having in the store
- To add details about the product return by the customers, to work along the cashier in doing the return entry process right.
