**Responsibilities**:
- Advise clients on trademark registration and protection
- Conduct trademark searches and provide opinions on availability and registrability
- Monitor trademark portfolios and provide regular updates to clients
- Handle opposition and cancellation proceedings before the trademark office
- Provide strategic advice on trademark enforcement and litigation
**Requirements**:
- A law degree from a recognized university
- At least 5 years of experience in trademark law
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
