**JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY**
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
- Obtain further information for incomplete documents.
- Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan.
- combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
- to enter data from source documents into the prescribed computer database, files, and forms.
- transcribe information into the required electronic format.
- scan documents into document management systems or databases.
- Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
- check completed work for accuracy.
- check register or records of activities and tasks.
- respond to requests for information and access relevant files.
- comply with data integrity and time to time updates.
- Testing new database systems and software updates.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
