**Outbound Calls**: Initiate and manage outbound calls to students and parents to discuss UpEdge Online Company's courses, programs, and career offerings.
- **Information Dissemination**: Provide accurate and comprehensive information about various courses, admission procedures, fees, and other relevant details to potential students and their parents.
- **Answer Queries**: Address inquiries and concerns effectively, ensuring that all questions related to the courses and career guidance are answered satisfactorily.
- **Build Rapport**: Establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with prospective students, creating a comfortable environment for them to seek guidance and make informed decisions.
- **Admission Assistance**: Guide interested individuals through the admission process, assisting with form submissions, document collection, and any other requirements necessary for enrollment.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain detailed records of all interactions, including inquiries, follow-ups, and outcomes, using the company's CRM system.
- **Meet Targets**: Achieve set targets for the number of calls made, inquiries handled, and successful admissions secured.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from prospective students and parents to help improve the overall experience and identify areas for enhancement.

**Salary**: ₹2,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 3 per week
