Job Title: Receptionist cum Telecaller

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing inquiries via phone and in person.
- Follow up with prospective students and clients.
- Maintain and update data records accurately.
- Proactively call and convert leads into admissions.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth workflow.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Must be a graduate.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling, reception, or customer handling is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle inquiries and follow-ups professionally.
- Positive attitude and multitasking ability.
- **Location**: Must be a resident of or willing to relocate to Bathinda.
