**Job Description : TM- Trades Processing OTC Derivatives**

The Setts derivative team is primarily responsible for the Trade Lifecycle management and manages both OTC and exchange traded products. This position will be responsible for smooth operation for derivatives settlements function with dedicated focus on confirmation and finalizing cash transactions, communicating with brokers and custodians. Work as an escalation point of contact for the team following up on trade fails, resolving queries and settlement discrepancies with brokers and front office teams.
- Having hands-on experience in OTC & Exchange traded derivatives.
- Working knowledge on FX, Swaps, Futures & Options, Cash / Non-cash collaterals.
- Flexible attitude and self-motivated.
- Provide superior client service, effectively handle inbound and outbound queries following professional business communication.
- Organized, detail-oriented and extremely thorough with strong problem-solving skills and lateral thinking capabilities.
- Have a control mindset and be alert to issues and risks that have an impact on process or to the client.
- Team-oriented individual with ability to collaborate with the team, clients and management.
- Bachelor degree in Finance / Economics
- Valid passport
- Flexibility with working in the night shift and on Indian holidays, if needed
- Between 8 - 10 years’ relevant experience in a large financial services firm in an operations position using automated processes and IT interfaces
- Sound knowledge of Derivatives Settlements.
- Familiar with trade processing of all kinds of financial instruments (i.e. trading specifics, trade confirmation and settlement, collateral management & custody processes)
- Familiar with regulatory (reporting) requirements and their implementations
- Well versed with MS Office tools - particularly Excel. Macros will be a plus
- Familiar with documenting business processes
