**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Generation & Business Development**
- Identify and engage prospective clients through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships across diverse industries.
- Maintain a robust and qualified sales pipeline.

**2. Solution Selling & Client Consultation**
- Understand client business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Customize solution pitches to highlight value propositions and ROI.
- Conduct impactful client presentations and consultative discussions.

**3. Sales Cycle Management**
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for demos, POCs, and solution engineering.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts.

**4. Revenue & Target Achievement**
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

**5. CRM & Reporting**
- Maintain up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM systems.
- Generate weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

**6. Market Intelligence & Feedback**
- Keep track of industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer needs.
- Provide insights to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT sales, RPA, or automation solution selling.
- Strong understanding of RPA technologies and the ability to translate tech into business value.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated with a passion for emerging technologies and client success.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
