- **Customer Interaction**:

- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding deliveries in a timely manner.
- Provide clear and accurate information about delivery status and timelines.
- **Schedule Management**:

- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
- Optimize routes for efficiency and to minimize delays.
- Manage time effectively to ensure on-time deliveries.
