**Client Consultation**:

- Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their visa requirements and objectives.
- Evaluate clients' eligibility for various visa categories and advise on the most suitable options.

**Application Assistance**:
**Documentation Review**:

- Verify the accuracy and authenticity of client-provided documents.
- Ensure that all documentation meets the specific requirements of the visa category being applied for.

**Regulation Compliance**:

- Stay informed about current visa regulations, policies, and changes in immigration laws.

**Follow-up and Communication**:
**Problem Resolution**:

- Provide solutions or alternative options for clients facing visa rejections or delays.

**Record Keeping**:

- Ensure all client information is handled in accordance with privacy and data protection regulations.

**Client Education**:

- Conduct informational sessions or workshops to educate clients about visa processes, requirements, and best practices.
- Provide resources and support to help clients prepare for visa interviews or additional requirements.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in visa counseling, immigration services, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of visa regulations and immigration laws.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software related to visa processing.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
