Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities
- **Supervise daily accounting transactions**, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries.
- **Oversee AP/AR processes**, ensuring invoices and payments are accurately processed and recorded.
- **Prepare monthly and annual financial reports**, summarising key variances for management review.
- **Conduct bank reconciliations** and support month‑end closing to maintain timely financial close cycles.
- **Mentor and guide junior accounting staff**, providing on‑the‑job training and performance feedback.
- **Implement basic accounting controls and procedures** to safeguard financial data and support audit readiness.

**Requirements**:

- **1-5 years of accounting experience**, with at least some supervisory or lead‑hand responsibility. Creative Financial Staffing
