**Job Overview**:
As a Field Sales Representative, your primary role is to drive sales by establishing and nurturing relationships with clients in the designated geographical area. This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can effectively communicate the value of our products/services, meet sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue potential clients within the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research to discover new opportunities for business development.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our products/services.
- Customize sales pitches to address the specific needs and challenges of each client.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals effectively.
- Work closely with clients to address objections and concerns.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate progress against set goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding market insights.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline.
- Work closely with the inside sales team, marketing, and other departments to align strategies.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory efficiently.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**:INR.10,000 - 12,500 per month

Work Location: WFO - Cochin, Kerala

Schedule: Day shift; 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
