**Job Description: Supermarket Delivery Driver**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Multi-Vehicle Delivery**: Conduct deliveries using both two-wheeler and four-wheeler vehicles based on the nature and size of the orders.
- **Delivery Operations**: Safely transport grocery orders from the supermarket to customers’ locations within specified timeframes, ensuring the items are delivered in optimal condition.
- **Payment Handling**: Utilize swiping machines to process payments at the time of delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in transactions.
- **Customer Service**: Provide courteous and friendly service during deliveries, fostering positive interactions with customers and addressing any queries or concerns professionally.
- **Order Management**: Verify the accuracy of orders before delivery and manage any discrepancies effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Maintain both two-wheeler and four-wheeler vehicles in a clean and operational condition, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- **Adherence to Guidelines**: Follow traffic regulations, safety standards, and company policies while conducting deliveries.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments received, and any other relevant information.

**Requirements**:

- **Dual Vehicle Licenses**: Possess valid driving licenses for both two-wheeler and four-wheeler vehicles.
- **Basic Delivery Knowledge**: Familiarity with delivery procedures and service operations, including the use of swiping machines for payments.
- **Polite and Customer-Oriented**: Excellent interpersonal skills with a polite and customer-centric approach.
- **Reliability**: Punctuality and reliability in meeting delivery schedules and maintaining a strong work ethic.
- **Physical Capability**: Ability to handle and transport grocery items while adhering to safety guidelines.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and holidays, and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in deliveries and payment processing.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in delivery services or a similar customer-facing role is advantageous.
- Knowledge of local routes and areas for efficient navigation during deliverie

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,600.00 per month

**Experience**:
