**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop visually engaging designs for print and digital media, including brochures, invites, banners, social media posts, websites, venue branding and marketing collateral.
- Create and edit graphics, illustrations, and layouts using industry-standard design software.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, and communications, to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas to enhance visual communication.

**Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with external vendors and printers to oversee the production of printed materials.

**Stay Updated**:

- Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and stay relevant in the field.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of current design trends, color schemes, and typography.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
