Mglo Legal Campus Counsel

The MGLO Legal Campus Counsel is a junior position responsible for covering a variety of day-to-day legal activities in coordination with the Legal team. The overall objective of this role is to provide legal support, advice and guidance across a broad range of practice areas.
**Responsibilities**:
Work independently to provide legal advice to corporate bank in particular, loans product and thus advising on financing transaction and documents relating to corporate loans
Analyze documentation against regulatory requirements and internal policies to advise business accordingly
Resolve problems, escalating to senior staff as needed
**Qualifications**:
2-3 years of experience
Banking/financial industry experience or experience working at a large law firm a plus
Comprehensive knowledge of local, state and federal laws and practices
Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
Proven analytical and organizational skills
**Education**:
LLB, LLM (or other valid law degree from global jurisdiction)
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
