**Job Title**: Roller Skating Instructor

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning & Instruction**:

- Develop and implement structured lesson plans for beginners, intermediate, and advanced skaters.
- Teach fundamental skating techniques, advanced maneuvers, and safety practices.
- Adapt instruction methods to accommodate individual student needs and learning styles.
- **Safety & Equipment Management**:

- Ensure students are using appropriate safety gear (helmets, pads, etc.) and following facility rules.
- Conduct pre-session safety briefings and regularly inspect equipment for safe operation.
- Provide first aid and emergency response if needed.
- **Student Engagement & Evaluation**:

- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
- Organize group sessions, one-on-one coaching, and fun skating activities to keep students engaged.
- Maintain records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
- **Facility & Event Coordination**:

- Collaborate with facility management to schedule sessions and maintain skating areas.
- Assist in organizing skating events, competitions, and public demonstrations.
- Promote skating programs through social media, local outreach, and community events.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in roller skating with a strong command of various skating techniques.
- Prior teaching or coaching experience in a sports or recreational setting is preferred.
- Certification in skating instruction or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage groups and provide individualized attention as needed.
- Knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
