Consulting with clients to understand their beauty goals and preferences

Providing various hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and treating hair

Performing skin treatments such as facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion

Advising clients on appropriate skincare routines and products

Keeping up to date with the latest beauty trends and techniques

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations

Selling beauty products and cosmetics

Booking appointments and processing payments

Participating in ongoing education and training to improve skills and stay current with industry standards

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to determine their desired eyelash style and preferences.
- Customize lash lengths, curls, and thicknesses to create natural or dramatic looks.

Client Experience:

- Create a comfortable and relaxing environment for clients during eyelash extension sessions.
- Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance to prolong the life of their eyelash extensions.
- Address client questions, concerns, and provide recommendations for their lash needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following strict sanitation protocols.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic environment for both clients and technicians.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and products in the eyelash extension industry.

Sales and Upselling:

- Promote additional services and products to clients based on their needs and preferences.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing the overall revenue of MG Makeovers Services.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Certified and experienced Eyelash Extension Technician.
- Strong knowledge of different lash extension techniques, materials, and styles.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to engage with clients.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic workspace.
- Professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.


**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
