Operator - Folding and Gluing

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate BOBST folding and gluing machines as per job requirements and company's standard operating procedures.
- Set-up and adjust the machine to ensure proper folding, gluing, and finishing of the product.
- Monitor the machine's performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards and ensure efficient production.
- Check and maintain the glue and folding mechanisms, make necessary adjustments to ensure proper viscosity, and ensure proper cleaning of the machine and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the folding and gluing process.
- Maintain production records and reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements:

- SSC/HSC/ITI or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in operating BOBST folding and gluing machines in the Offset Printing Packaging industry.
- Knowledge of folding and gluing processes, including pre-press, press, and post-press operations.
- Proficiency in operating BOBST folding and gluing machines, including knowledge of set-up, quality control, and maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the folding and gluing process.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and company policies.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
