**Job Summary**:
The MIS Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring effective management of data and information within the organization. This role involves collecting and managing data. The MIS Executive is responsible for maintaining databases & generating reports to facilitate strategic planning and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Data Collection**:

- Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data into computer systems and databases.
- Gather data from various sources within the organization.
- Organize and clean data to ensure accuracy and reliability.

**2. Database Management**:

- Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity and security.
- Regularly monitor database and resolve any issues.
- Organizing and maintaining electronic files and documents according to established procedures.
- Scanning, digitizing, and processing documents and forms into electronic formats.

**3. Reporting**:

- Generate regular reports and dashboards.
- Customize reports according to the specific requirements of different departments and stakeholders.
- Automate report generation processes where possible to improve efficiency.
- Generating reports and summaries of data entry activities, including productivity metrics and error rates.

**4. Communication and Collaboration**:

- Liaise with various departments and stakeholders to understand their data needs.
- Communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences.

**5. Miscellaneous**
- Manage trackers for internal stocks (For Eg. Diaries, Pens, Joining Kits, Calendars, etc.)

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Efficient with MS Office
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in MIS or data management roles is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
