Role Overview

This role is ideal for both **freshers** eager to learn and **experienced designers (0-3 years)** ready to showcase their skills. You’ll collaborate with our creative team to design visuals that communicate effectively, inspire engagement, and maintain brand consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing graphics for branding, packaging, social media, and campaigns.
- Design illustrations, logos, layouts, and other creative assets using industry-standard tools.
- Support and collaborate with the design and marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools.
- Work on UI/UX designs (if skilled in Figma/Adobe XD).

**Required Skills**:

- **Must have proficiency in**:

- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- CorelDraw
- **Good to have (preferred)**:

- Adobe XD / Figma (UI/UX design)
- Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects (video editing & motion graphics)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field / 12th pass with strong design skills
- **Experience**: 0-3 years (Freshers encouraged to apply)
