**E-commerce QA Tester Job Description**:
**As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for test planning and documentation, ensuring the robustness and reliability of our e-commerce ( Magento, WordPress, and Shopify) platforms.**

Key Responsibilities:
1. Proficient in both manual and automated testing methodologies (Magento, WordPress, and Shopify platforms)

2. Technical Skills and Knowledge:

- Possess expertise in manual and automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements.

3. Problem-Solving and Debugging:

- Identify and analyze software defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Perform root cause analysis for identified problems and contribute to effective solutions.

4. Security and Performance:

- Conduct security testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure data protection.
- Evaluate and optimize the performance of e-commerce systems, addressing bottlenecks and enhancing user experience.

5. Process and Methodology:

- Adhere to established testing processes and methodologies.
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

6. Communication and Collaboration:

- Effectively communicate testing progress, issues, and results to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

7. User Experience and Feedback:

- Assess and validate the user experience of e-commerce platforms.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to drive improvements and enhancements.

8. Continuous Learning:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Actively participate in ongoing learning and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Tester in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
