Pgt Commerce Teacher

Responsibilities:

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation, critical thinking, and inquiry among students.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and technology to accommodate diverse learning styles and enhance student comprehension and engagement in commerce concepts.
- Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians on their academic performance and areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues regarding student progress, academic expectations, and relevant information related to commerce education.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and professional development activities to enhance teaching practices and contribute to the school community.
- Adhere to school policies and procedures, and maintain professional standards of conduct and ethics at all times.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; Education degree/certification preferred.
- Teaching certification/license in Commerce or Secondary Education.
- Solid understanding of curriculum standards, instructional methodologies, and assessment practices in commerce education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in educational technology and instructional resources relevant to commerce teaching.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement in teaching practices.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and inspiring students in the field of commerce education.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
