**Job Description: Sales & Marketing Executive**

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Market and promote our wedding décor products to event organizers, decorators, and planners.
- Manage customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Research market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Support online and offline marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- Regularly update the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of wedding décor products or willingness to learn.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
