We have an opening in leading manufacturing company as "Extruder Operator" in Mumbai location. **Responsive Industries Limited** **Company background** **Extruder Machine Operator**: - Machine Operating and setup the parameters as according to products. - Handling machine process & fault - To release the manual condensation valve of extruder plumbing rack, DDC,Dryer before start the production - To check the quality of product. - Preparation of all daily production report, process monitoring report, weight control report, and dimensional control reports. - Die Knowledge & Die Assembly. - Die fixing ,cutter knife fixing and alignment - Optimizing man &machine utilization to achieve per set production targets. **Requirement**: - 3 to 5 years’ experience in Extruder machine operator - Having knowledge of extrusion machine operation and its assembly. - Having knowledge of die, mendral and extrusion process.
