**Key Responsibilities for the Sales Role**

**Lead Generation**
- Visit wedding planners, event managers, photographers, and makeup artists for referrals.
- Build partnerships with bridal stores, salons, and local influencers.
- Scout local exhibitions and wedding expos.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Meet prospective brides/grooms and families for requirement gathering.
- Maintain a database of upcoming weddings and follow up proactively.
- Coordinate between design team and client for custom orders.

**Sales & Conversion**
- Conduct showroom visits or at-home consultations.
- Upsell fabric, accessories, and family wedding wear.
- Close deals and take advance payments.

**Market Intelligence**
- Research competitors, trends, and pricing.
- Suggest improvements in design offerings based on client feedback.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in fashion retail, bridal sales, or luxury apparel.
- **Location**: Trivandrum (local language proficiency preferred).
- **Traits**: Persuasive, well-groomed, customer-friendly, goal-oriented.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
