**Job Title**: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) - Chemistry for Class 11 & 12 (CBSE)

**Location**: Kanha Makhan Public School, Mathura

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Delivery**:

- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans as per the CBSE syllabus.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Prepare and evaluate assignments, tests, and exams to assess student performance.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve and achieve academic excellence.
- **Student Engagement and Support**:

- Identify and address individual learning needs, providing extra support where necessary.
- Foster a positive, interactive, and safe learning environment for all students.
- **Curriculum Development and Resource Management**:

- Keep up-to-date with curriculum changes and incorporate innovative methods and resources.
- Use lab equipment and technology to enhance practical understanding of Chemistry concepts.
- **Collaboration and Professional Development**:

- Participate in department meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with colleagues for interdisciplinary projects and activities.
- **Parent and Staff Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Coordinate with school staff for smooth administrative and operational processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- B.Ed. (preferred) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (preferred).

**Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of the CBSE curriculum for Chemistry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students toward academic success.
- Strong classroom management skills.

**Salary**: 20k to 25K in hand

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
