**Job Purpose**:
Provide support to the business units on developing and producing high quality visualizations for tender bid, and marketing in the most timely and accurate manner.

**A glimpse of your daily mission**:

- Produce renderings and animations for proposal bids and marketing based on Haworth brand guidelines.
- Handle larger scale and complex projects for rendering animation work.
- Prepare a storyboard before production stage of animation.
- Work with Sales, Product Development Marketing team to understand the project requirements/expectations.
- Work collaboratively with other visualization artists designers.
- Support Visualization Supervisor/Managers on liaison with all markets.
- Create 2D 3D assets based on the project requirements and Haworth brand guidelines.
- Ensure all client deliverables are met on a timely basis with consistency and high-quality standards.
- Continuously improve workflows and processes.
- Share best practices, identify process improvement and operational waste reduction.
- Maintain Visualization SharePoint site by uploading renderings animation videos to the library on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Update project status to supervisors in the daily stand-up/virtual meeting.

**Your requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in 3D visualization and animation.
- Able to create high-quality rendering images animations.
- Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop Forest Pack Pro.
- Experience in motion graphics/2D animation is a plus.
- Experience in using animation tools in Unreal Engine is a plus.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to think conceptually and have a great eye for details.
- Willing to work overtime, dedicated, meticulous and a details personality.
- Ability to multitask and must be able to work independently as well as in collaborative team environment and take direction.
- Self-motivated, very organized, have a good communication and time management skills.
- Capable of completing work on or ahead of schedule.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Must possess artistic talent and creativity.
- Up-to-date with latest visualization techniques, best practices, and technologies.
