- **Job Summary**:_**Responsibilities**:_
- 1. GST Compliance: - Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and ITC-04. - Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns. - Maintain accurate records of GST transactions and payments.
- 2. TDS Compliance: - Preparation and filing of TDS returns, including 24Q and 26Q. - Ensure timely and accurate filing of TDS returns. - Maintain accurate records of TDS transactions and payments.
- 3. TCS Compliance: - Preparation and filing of TCS returns. - Ensure timely and accurate filing of TCS returns. - Maintain accurate records of TCS transactions and payments.
- 4. Accounting and Financial Reporting: - Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss accounts. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - Analyse financial data and provide insights to management.
- 5. Audit and Compliance: - Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary information and documentation. - Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. - Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- 6. Experience in preparation and finalization of consolidated financial statements
- 7. Handle the banking operations and well versed to handle the banking relationship with the authorities.
- 8. Well versed with Microsoft excel/ Google Sheets, word etc.
- 9. To maintain the minutes of meeting, copy of the resolutions etc.
- 10. To maintain daily cash flows and prepare the funds position.
- 11. Excellent communication skill.
