**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced Admission Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses from our highly recommended skill-tech programs. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for understanding students' career goals, providing information about various courses, and helping them navigate the admission process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counseling Prospective Students**: Engage with potential students to understand their interests and career aspirations, and recommend suitable design programs (Fashion Design, Interior Design, Product Design, or Communication Design) that align with their goals.
- **Course Guidance**: Provide detailed information on skill-tech programs, course structures, career opportunities, and eligibility criteria, helping students make informed decisions.
- **Application Assistance**: Assist students with filling out admission forms, understanding requirements, and completing necessary documentation.
- **Program Promotion**: Actively promote LISAA's skill-tech programs through various channels, including webinars, open houses, and career fairs, to increase awareness and attract prospective students.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on the latest trends in design education and student preferences, and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Track admissions data, generate regular reports on enrollment trends, and suggest improvements to the admissions process.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of relevant experience in admissions counseling, career guidance, or educational sales, preferably in a design or creative education institution.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Design, Education, Marketing, or Counseling). A design background is an added advantage.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and persuasively.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong relationship-building skills, empathetic, and patient in understanding students' needs and concerns.
- **Knowledge of Design Disciplines**: Familiarity with design fields (Fashion, Interiors, Product, Communication) and the skill-tech approach to education.
- **Sales Orientation**: Goal-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment targets.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
