GCP Vertex MLOps Lead/Architect

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Leverage Goggle Cloud Platform (GCP) cloud based architectures and technologies to deliver optimized **ML models at scale**
- Construct **optimized data pipelines **to feed ML models
- Advocate for software and machine learning engineering **best practices**
- Function as a technical or project lead and while mentoring junior engineering talent

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Significant experience architecting cutting-edge MLOps systems in enterprise environments using **GCP Vertex AI**
- Should have experience in **standardized implementation **of the following on GCP platform
- Tools for model experimentation
- End point verification of notebooks
- Secured deployment of training jobs
- Feature Store
- Model training (both AutoML and customer training pipelines)
- Model version control
- Progressive rollout to automate model release
- Secured deployment of kuberflow cluster
- Efficient approval workflows
- Model release engineering
- Model as a Service
- Prediction pipelines
- Model monitoring - handling model drift
- Data monitoring - handling data drift
- 10+years of experience **building, scaling, and optimizing enterprise-grade Machine Learning systems **, using frameworks such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Spark, to perform a variety of predictive tasks on both structured and unstructured data
- 5+years of experience **designing and building data-intensive, production-ready solutions **using distributed computing frameworks such as Spark
- 5+ years of experience **developing and deploying **Machine Learning solutions on **Google Cloud **.
- Strong in SQL, BigQuery
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming design best practices
- Professional services experience
- GCP Professional Machine Learning Engineer **certification preferred
