**Key Responsibilities**:

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor sales activities, providing regular performance reports and feedback to guide strategic adjustments.
**Qualifications**:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field.
- Experience: Preferably 2+ years in sales, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry being advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation Talent: Proficient in negotiation, with a track record of successful deal-making.
