**Job Description: BPO Executive**

Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Support**: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and issues.
- **Problem Resolution**: Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- **Data Entry & Documentation**: Accurately document customer interactions and update the database as required.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively assist customers.
- **Sales Support**: Depending on the role, engage in upselling or cross-selling products and services to customers.
- **Performance Targets**: Meet daily and monthly KPIs related to call handling, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and handle escalations when necessary.

Skills & Qualifications:

- **Education**: A Bachelor's degree in any field.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Customer Orientation**: Ability to be patient, empathetic, and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- **Time Management**: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and handle high call volumes.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to think quickly and resolve customer issues effectively.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
