**ROLE: Back Office Executive**
**LOCATION**: Vadodara, Gujarat
**REPORTING TO: Business Development / Sales Head**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Effectively reach out to all daily leads allocated by the Manager / Sales Coordinator
- Understand & assess requirements shared by the potential client/ customer
- Offer appropriate solutions to these requirements
- Prepare accurate quotations & share with potential clients
- Handle price negotiations to close the sales
- Do thorough follow-ups to ensure sales closure and receipts of payments
- Maintaining regular communication with clients and prospects - updation on their order status / repeat sales / referral sales / pending sales conversations
- Maintain updated sales conversation records
- Share daily report of all sales related activities to Manager
- Proactively identify potential opportunities for expanding into new markets
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Preferably engineering &/ MBA or graduate
- Good command in MS Excel
- Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English, Hindi &/Gujarati
- Excellent time management & planning
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
