**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage individual and bulk flight bookings, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of tickets to clients.
- Use ticketing systems such as **AMADEUS**, **Galileo**, and other related platforms to make bookings, issue tickets, and manage reservations efficiently.
- Research and identify special rates, promotional offers, and discounts on flights to ensure competitive pricing for clients.
- Ensure all ticketing activities adhere to IATA’s reservation standards, policies, and procedures to maintain high industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel needs, provide guidance on flight options, and resolve any booking-related issues.
- Work closely with airlines and third-party vendors (if need be) to confirm bookings, handle changes, and resolve any issues related to flight reservations.

**Key Requirements**:

- Must hold a valid IATA certification.
- Proven experience in flight ticketing, including both individual and bulk bookings.
- Hands-on experience using AMADEUS, Galileo, or similar flight booking systems.
- In-depth knowledge of IATA reservation standards, ticketing procedures, and industry protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to handle bulk bookings efficiently, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior experience in managing bulk corporate bookings and group travel is a plus.
- Familiarity with global distribution systems (GDS) beyond AMADEUS and Galileo is an advantage.

**Job Location**: Delhi

**Office Timing**: Monday - Saturday 10.00 am to 7.00 pm (2nd and 4th Saturday holiday and all Sundays holiday)

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
