Position Summary:
**OVERVIEW**

**Enfusion** is looking for a Senior Middle and Back Office Operations Training Manager to join our team to develop and deliver training that targets job specific skills, improves productivity and service to clients all while maintaining a high level of learning experience for our employees. This position assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. This position actively searches, creatively designs, and implements effective methods to educate and enhance performance.

**What You'll Do**

Conduct needs assessments and analyses to define performance, skill and knowledge gaps and recommend training and development to drive individual and company-wide capability and performance improvement
- Plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths and are aligned with strategic business objectives
- Ability to develop and deliver professional development skills like Leadership Development, Communication and Client Relationship skills
- Strong instructional design skills to create high quality programs for all methods of program delivery. Modifies or creates course materials including e-learning, job aides, training guides to meet specific training needs
- Delivers in-person and online training sessions

Required Qualifications:

- Strong instructional design skills to create high quality programs for all methods of program delivery.
- Experience in developing e-learning modules
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing curricula
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- Hands-on experience with learning management systems and web delivery tools
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments: ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree with experience in Training and Development, Adult Education, Instructional Design or a related field
- 10+ years' training experience preferably in the financial services industry
