Now, we’re looking for a Brand & Content Strategist—a sharp storyteller who can craft compelling brand narratives, crisp UX copy, and strategic messaging that gives brands a voice of their own.

**What You'll Do**:
1. Brand Positioning & Messaging
- Conduct market & competitive research to extract insights
- Develop positioning strategies that differentiate brands
- Craft brand stories & messaging frameworks (including pitch narratives)

2. Branding & Verbal Identity
- Define tone of voice, persona, and brand character
- Translate brand strategy into memorable narratives & communication styles
- Work closely with designers to ensure messaging aligns with the brand vision

3. Website & UX Copywriting
- Research, hypothesize, and craft UX copy for high-converting websites
- Work with UX designers to create seamless user journeys through words
- Create wireframes (in collaboration with UX designers) to translate narratives into user experiences

4. Versatile Content & Client Collaboration
- Write copy across multiple use cases—decks, websites, marketing, product, and beyond
- Communicate directly with clients & internal teams to refine content
- Craft compelling presentations (PPTs, decks, and storytelling materials) Support creative jamming sessions and content ideation

**What You’ll Need**:

- 3-6 years of experience in brand messaging, content strategy, UX writing, Advertising or positioning
- Strong research & analytical skills—can dive into markets, analyze competitors & extract insights
- Sharp storytelling skills—ability to simplify complex ideas and craft engaging narratives
- Basic wireframing skills (you should be able to sketch rough layouts for web pages)
- Proficiency in Figma & ClickUp (we work on it a lot) & familiarity with G-Suite Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment

- You think in systems and can create messaging that scales You love collaborating with designers & founders to bring brands to life

**Who This Role Is Not For**:
❌ You’re primarily a long-form content writer (this is NOT about writing blog articles)
❌ You struggle with structuring narratives or crafting positioning frameworks
❌ You prefer working in silos without much client or team interaction
❌ You are not comfortable writing for different use cases & mediums

**What We’d Love to See in Your Portfolio**:

- Brand Positioning & Messaging Work (brand narratives, messaging frameworks, or positioning strategy)
- Website UX Copy (landing pages, product pages, or UI content)
- Wireframes + Copy (optional but great to see how you structure a page)
- High-impact Presentations (pitch decks, brand storytelling decks, or similar work)
- Any other work that shows your ability to simplify & structure narratives
