**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**: Provide guidance to students and parents regarding medical education opportunities in Kyrgyzstan, including course selection, eligibility criteria, and career prospects.
- **Visa and Travel Support**: Guide students through the visa process and assist in planning travel and accommodation.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions in Kyrgyzstan.
- **Follow-Up**: Regularly follow up with leads to ensure a smooth admission process and timely completion of tasks.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay updated on Kyrgyzstan's medical education system, scholarships, and admission trends.
- **Target Achievement**: Work towards achieving enrollment targets set by the company.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field; education or counseling background preferred.
- 6 month to 2 years of experience in student counseling or admissions, preferably for medical education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Kyrgyzstan's medical education system and admission requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Familiarity with MBBS programs and other medical courses abroad.
- Multilingual skills.
- Ability to empathize with students and parents, providing personalized advice.
