- Subject Knowledge of General Knowledge including History, Geography, Political Science, Current Affairs etc Should be Graduate in any stream Job Types -Handling doubts pertaining to content taught in the class. -Fresh Content Development and Proof Reading. -Mentoring of students in accordance with the mission & vision at Education 2.0. -Material Enhancement. -Constant Feedback to Student on his/her performance. -To teach with passion and enthusiasm with the primary aim of achieving the targeted score of the students. -Preparing study materials for students with interactive sessions and practical learning. -Should have the ability to think out of the box and create new techniques to improve the performances of the students. -Conducting workshop, seminars and in-house events on the regular basis. You will directly report into Operation Head or Director(s) of the company.Faculty Responsibilities:

- Prepare course material (video lessons, study notes, practice questions, etc.) for the students enrolled in our JobTest Prep Program
- Conduct highly engaging live classes and doubt-clearing sessions for the students. Incorporate real-life examples and analogies to make the concepts easier to understand.
- Maintain a student-friendly attitude at all times and create a healthy learning environment.
- Monitor the progress of the students and provide feedback/suggestions for improvement.

Faculty Requirements:

- Subject Knowledge/Proficiency or should be experts in - Reasoning
- 1-3 years of prior experience in teaching
- Prior teaching or relevant experience with regard to SSC and Banking exams is necessary
- Should be personable, energetic, and loves simplifying complex topics
- Understanding of how students like to learn and their common misconceptions
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- A passion to impact exam aspirants and thus shape up Education in India
- Flexible for Online and Offline Mode of Teaching.
