We are looking for a front desk representative to help with receptionist tasks such as greet our guests, schedule appointments, handle queries. You will also be required to take on clerical tasks.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as they come and go.
- Be professional and pleasant while interacting with guests.
- Handle queries and address complaints.
- Schedule appointments.
- Attend phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate line.
- Take messages and pass them on to the receiver.
- Receive packages, deliveries, and letters.
- Maintain a filing system of all required documents.
- Maintain a visitors log book.

**Requirements and skills**
- Minimum 10th or 12th preferred
- Prior experience in customer service as a receptionist, front desk representative, or relevant position.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Good communication, written and people skills.
- Customer oriented and professional attitude.
