**Job description:

- **

Ø Implemented accurate medication dispensing techniques and maintained sufficient inventory levels to meet the demands of a high-volume.

Ø Having knowledge & experience of cold chain management medicines & practices.

Ø Knowledge of inventory control along with cold chain management practices.

Ø Ensuing timely and accurate medication delivery to patients, Utilized strong communication skills to educate patients on medication usage.

Ø Monitored supply inventory and promptly submitted replenishment orders to prevent shortages.

Ø Maintained proper storage and security conditions for Drugs.

Ø Checked medications for content, accuracy and completeness of drug packaging and labeling.

Ø Ordered labeled and counted stock of medications and entered inventory data into computer.

Ø Maintained pharmacological practices by checking drug inventory, stocking medications and monitoring supplies. Verified prescriptions and drug labels, documents and packages

Ø Entry of Purchase Orders received, Billing of Dispatch Components, organizing the pharmacy, delivering and labeling

Ø Assisting in operating of the software MARG, experience in bills/invoices preparation

Ø Handling day to day administration & operational activities.

Ø Handling documentation process, dispensing management of the medicines, courier management, orders follow up process from the clients/Patients.

Ø Knowledge of proper placement of Inventory management, knowledge of maintaining goods practices process.

Ø Coordinate & follow up with the company for the stock

Ø Take care of shelf life of the goods & other related goods.

Ø Making invoices as per the requirement, Dispatch the goods & follow up for the receiving

Ø Checking mails & timely reverts for the same.

Ø Taking care of the cold chain management and related activities.

Ø Other activites assigned as & when required by the management.

Pay: ₹15,000.87 - ₹23,929.23 per month
