We’re on the lookout for an exceptional Design Lead to join the internal team at Schbang, with a design experience of 4-5 years. Picture yourself shaping the visual narrative of this dynamic company where your contribution builds a larger picture. There’s exciting work happening at Schbang and we’re quite thrilled about this hire. We need you to have impressive execution skills, effective communication and proven ability to innovate. You’ll be working on the Communications & Culture front here at Schbang across numerous projects.

What you’ll do:
Lead and mentor a diverse team of designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous growth.
