OBJECTIVES
- Represents products and services using Market Research and requirement
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential customers
- Develop and implement action plan using market data analysis
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct competitive analysis of key competitors in the region. Study the volumes, key stake holder management, influencer relationship dynamics to plan a winning account strategy
- Conduct stakeholder management by developing maximum contacts with the accounts and getting effective relationship and influencers on the side of company
- Coordinate internally with various departments (Technical, quality, production and costing) for exploring new product development possibilities.
- Prepare offer in consultation with costing team and business owner to arrive at a profitable growth in the region.
- Identify opportunities for network expansion in the market like addition of new OEM/ dealers, value up gradation of existing customers.
- Visit customers regularly to ensure flow of orders
business share and competitors share.
- Payment collection, based on contractual terms and collection of recycle materials from customers warehouse by coordination with dispatch team
- Update on weekly basis on customer contact information, new business development and support requirements
SKILLS/ ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, business acumen skills
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Relationship management and Communication Skills, Negotiations skills
- Teamwork (with techno-commercial team internally as well as externally)
- Experience / Exposure to Electrical industries - Motor/ Generator/ Transformer/ Auto - EV
- Experience in Enamelling industry is preferred
- Acquainted with the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors
- Ability to travel extensively for lead generation

- Participate in seminars expos, exhibitions to build professional
**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
