Role
- MBF Operation

**Key Objective / Overall Job Responsibility**
- Ensure storage, batching and feeding of proper Raw material with correct quality and quantity as per requirement of Blast Furnace in collaboration with all other stake holders eg. Operation RM, Maintenance etc
- Maintain availability of RMHS equipment to avoid delay in Blast Furnace feeding and receiving system
- Maintain consumable in his area
- Driving improvement initiatives in his area
- To ensure that the Quality & EHS management system is understood, implemented and maintained by all the supervisors and workers in his team
- Ensure people management in shifts and respective area
- To ensure safe working environment by Formulating & implementation of procedures of respective areas
- To ensure review of Daily Management Activities.
- To develop people by training plant operators at cast house and granulation system through SOP
- To ensure proper maintenance of all quality records. Generating process related reports & learning from failure

**Requirements**:
Education - BE/ B Tech in Metallurgy or equivalent. (mandatory)

Minimum 5 years of BF Operating Experience

Experience in Blast Furnace
- RMHS operation is mandatory

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

License/Certification:

- Having Skills: Mini blast furnaces, Operations, RHMS, (required)
- Skills: Cast House, EHS Management, Iron Making process (required)
- Experience in Manpower Management (required)
- This is work from office role in Kharagpur (required)
- Comfortable with the CTC 4 - 8 lacs (required)
