**Job Title**: Customer Support Associate - Backend
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year in Customer Support (International Process)

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate (Backend) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle backend support for international clients, resolving customer queries and ensuring a high level of service satisfaction. This position requires an individual with prior experience in a customer support environment, particularly in international processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Handle escalations and complex queries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Document and track issues, ensuring all interactions are logged accurately.
- Assist with process improvements to enhance service efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year as a Customer Support Executive in an international process.
- **Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- **Technical Abilities**: Proficient in MS Office and CRM software; familiarity with support tools.
- **Customer Service Orientation**: Excellent problem-solving skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work independently.
