**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute On-Page SEO (meta tags, content optimization, internal linking) and Off-Page SEO (backlinking, guest blogging, etc.).
- Conduct Keyword Research to identify high-value opportunities and optimize content.
- Create and write SEO-optimized blogs that align with keyword strategies.
- Use tools like Google Console, SEMrush, to track SEO performance and implement improvements.
- Monitor SEO performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize accordingly.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:
**Soft Skills**:

- Communication Skills (written & verbal, English proficiency).
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving.
- Ability to adapt to changing SEO trends and strategies.
- Strong team collaboration and task management.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Hands-on experience with On-Page SEO, Google Console, Off-Page SEO, and Keyword Research.
- Experience in blog creation and blog writing with a focus on SEO optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, etc.).

**Selection Process**:
**Test-Based Selection**: 1-2 hours test to assess practical SEO knowledge.

The test will cover On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and blog writing skills.

Online/Offline availability for the test.
