Medical transcriptionist

Location : Ludhiana

*Key Responsibilities: *1. *Transcribe Radiology Reports*: Transcribe dictations from radiologists, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient care.2. *Maintain High Accuracy*: Achieve high accuracy rates, meeting departmental standards for quality and productivity.3. *Radiology Terminology*: Demonstrate knowledge of radiology terminology, including anatomy, pathology, and procedures.4. *Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System*: Utilize EMR systems to document and manage patient records.5. *Meet Productivity Standards*: Meet departmental productivity standards, ensuring timely completion of transcription tasks.6. *Maintain Confidentiality*: Maintain confidentiality of patient information, adhering to HIPAA regulations.7. *Collaborate with Radiologists*: Collaborate with radiologists to clarify dictations, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate documentation.*Requirements:*1. *Education*: Post-secondary education in medical transcription or a related field.3. *Experience*: minimum 1 year of experience in medical transcription, preferably in a radiology department.*What We Offer:*1.
