**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for tractor and commercial vehicle sales.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the commercial vehicle sector, especially farmers and rural businesses.
- **Product Knowledge**: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of tractors and related commercial vehicle features to effectively present benefits to customers.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, understand competitor activities, and analyze industry trends.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate and follow up on leads, making site visits and conducting product demonstrations as necessary.
- **Customer Support**: Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Handle sales documentation, track progress, and provide regular reports to management.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in sales of commercial vehicles, preferably in the tractor or agricultural machinery industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic knowledge of tractor and commercial vehicle specifications.
- **Communication**: Strong communication and negotiation skills in [local language(s)] and English.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
