Excavator Operator

**Responsibilities**
- Operate excavators and other heavy equipment safely and effectively on various construction sites.
- Excavate and grade soil according to project specifications and engineering plans.
- Maintain and inspect equipment daily to ensure optimal operating conditions.
- Communicate with site supervisors and team members to coordinate construction activities and ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols to minimize risks on the job site.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including hours and materials used.
- Assist in the training of new operators as necessary and promote a culture of safety and teamwork.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or similar role in the construction industry.
- Valid certification or licensing for operating heavy equipment, specifically excavators.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness for operating large machinery.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle demanding work environments.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team and with supervisors.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
